EDI FUNDING
There are a number of options open to help with the funding of both equipment and provision of inclusive sessions. Here are a few:
Become an LTA Open Court registered venue - If you register to be an Open court venue, you will receive £300 towards running a 12 week course or up to £500 to help towards running a 36 week programme together with an adaptive equipment bag. There is also a £100 grant available towards the running of a walking tennis programme.
The Dan Maskell Trust - Equipment and costs of putting on courses is covered here up to £600 for individuals and £1600 for organisations and community groups.
Cheshire Tennis has an annual fund available to assist with the provision of inclusive training, equipment and or the costs of running an inclusive course. We also want to support all groups in our communities to be able to enjoy our sport and welcome any community group to contact us to discuss their needs. Typically we can offer between £250 and £1000 towards a Cheshire tennis or padel based project. For more information email dandi@cheshirecountylta.org.uk
