World Parkinson's Day a Great Success

In recognition of World Parkinson's day, Cheshire Tennis supported an extended session of activities for those living with or who are affected by Parkinsons at Birchwood TEnnis Centre last Friday. The warm up drills were specifically aimed at helping with mobility and co ordination leading to full games of tennis or pickleball with adaptations where needed. A lot of fun and chatter followed by tea and cake as promised! Our thanks go to Toby and the Livewire team for their time. There is a regular session on Fridays at the Birchwood indoor tennis centre.
